How to look after your sexy panties and naughty knickers

Our products are made from the finest natural silk and cotton and so need tender loving care.  We recommend hand washing all silk items in cold water to keep them in pristine condition.

We appreciate that hand washing is simply not practical for everyone.  Machine washing is done at your own risk!  If you choose to wash your purchase in the washing machine, you should do so at 30 degrees with a mild detergent.  Please do not put them in with velcros, zips or anything that might hurt them.  Please also allow for a little fading and a very small degree of shrinking in the initial washes (we estimate a shrinkage of ½” on knickers that are machine washed).  We recommend that you wash only with like colours – this is especially important for the initial washes and the stronger colours.

Cotton items should be washed at a maximum 40 degrees, with like colours only.  

Do not tumble dry or bleach any of your sexy panties and naughty knickers!

Returns Information

If you not entirely delighted with your purchases, you can return them to us within 1 month of receipt, for a refund or exchange, provided that they are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition (i.e. with all labels and hang tags intact).  If you wish to return items please follow the steps below:

1.    Please notify us of your intention to return the item, in writing or by email to info@sexypantiesandnaughtyknickers.com  within 7 working days from the date that you received your goods.  The items must be returned within 31 days of invoice date.

2.    All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition (i.e. with all labels and hang tags intact).

3.     Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange.  If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to despatch of replacement goods).  Please include a daytime contact number.

4.    You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items.  Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by registered post only.  Sexy Panties and Naughty Knickers cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us in any other way.

Return of faulty or incorrect products

If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the goods and your original postage.  Please return the items following steps 1 to 5 above.

Cancellation of an order prior to despatch

You have the statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.  If you have recently placed an order with us and would like to cancel it, please email us at info@sexypantiesandnaughtyknickers.com, quoting your order reference number, the date the order was placed and your full name and address.  In due course you will receive email confirmation of cancellation of your order.
